Our program design emphasizes a comple
te mind, body and spirit approach in an effort to meet the unique needs of women who are committed to living free from the destructive nature of drug and alcohol addiction. Family and friends are an integral part of our program and are encouraged to visit and participate in our family workshops. Services Provided:
• 24 hour support
• Frequent and random drug testing
• Experiential group therapy - 3 hours/week
• Life coaching – 1-3 hours/week
• House meetings – 3x’s / week
• Life skills classes – cooking, budgeting, cleaning, resume writing, interview skills, educational planning, developing hobbies, gardening, community service, etc…
• Health and wellness groups (nutrition/fitness)
1-3 hours/week
• Recovery & relapse prevention meetings – variety of 12 step and community meetings with topics such as: mindfulness & meditation, creativity, yoga, relationships, and more…
