Thanks to Chattanooga DeMolay, C.E. Hendricks DeMolay Chapter, William A. Craddock Squire Manor & Kingsport Chapter, Tennessee DeMolay, and Dad Austin Whitaker in supporting this project on behalf of Tennessee DeMolay! Tennessee DeMolay University was home to our annual State-wide Sports Competition this weekend! There was brotherly competition in events of all types including individual sports and Chapter team events! Check out all the photos from the competitions and all the sweet medals won by the champions! Special Thanks to our State Sports Director, Dad Richard Minton and his team of Assistant Coaches for organizing a great morning of sports activities despite the threats of Rain!

This weekend marked the 40th Anniversary Session of Tennessee DeMolay University! We hosted DeMolays and Advisors from across the state for a fantastic weekend of learning, Sports Competitions (a whole separate post coming later about that!), but most importantly BROTHERHOOD! So many first time participants meant amazing new friendships were forged! Hopefully everyone walked away feeling re-energized about DeMolay and this weekend proved that the Future is bright with Tennessee DeMolay!

Special thanks to Dad John T. Rhea for organizing a great weekend full of ENTHUSIASM! Mom Emily Stanfield kept us all very well fed along with the help of Past State Sweetheart Sadie Stanfield and Mom Karla Gentsch Maddux! Dad Richard E. Minton hit the ball out of the park with a fun Sports Competition! Learning Sessions included a Ritual Workshop by Dad Gus von Dohlen, an interactive “Outside the Box” Event Planning presentation by Dad Austin Whitaker, and a Dance Etiquette talk with Mom Claudia Whitaker.

International Food Drive Month: For the Month of April, the Congress Service Committee is asking DeMolays to donate to their local food banks with prizes for the jurisdiction that has donated the most amount of weight per Active DeMolay by the end of April.
For example, if you have 300 active DeMolays and donate 600 pounds of food, you have 2LBs per youth. If you have 250 DeMolays and you donate 700 pounds you have 2.8 LBS per youth.
