I started Nationals week with a mural walk in 12 South in Nashville this morning. I am so excited to kick off an unforgettable week and meet all the amazing contestants tomorrow at orientation. Let’s make memories, celebrate sisterhood, and shine on that stage! 💖👑

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚💚💚

I had the privledge to help mentor Kaylah on her Senior Mastery project on ACEs and the long-term impacts ACEs may have on health into adulthood. She did amazing, I’m so proud of her! And I’m so thankful she reached out and was eager to learn and understand more about physical and mental health and the connection to ACEs. I’m so happy to know HCS offers our students these opportunities to grow and learn 💚
