Update: The foundation has been dissolved... time to move forward . Thank you for all the support over the past almost 8 years. My wish is that you find an organization you believe in as I have with Safe Haven of Nashville, Tn. that I will continue to support as an individual, in memory, of my always remembered son Juri Bunetta.

As my favorite month approaches I regret that our fundraiser and fun golf day will not happen this year. However I know all of you will understand. Time heals and we will resume this event ( pencil in May 9th ). And continue to follow our page for other plans to create awareness, celebrate life and help the homeless, teens in crisis and others with life changing emergencies.

Did y'all think I was delusional when I said we'd get this village built sooner than later? Hopefully this post will clear that thought up once and for all.

The Village rises. Dwayne A. Jones arrived from Memphis, TN over the weekend with 2 truckloads of workers and a trailer. I parked the micro home on site and the work began. To the moment, got three more houses framed, wired, and ready for roofing and insulation.

I know we had many offers to volunteer, but in order to get this vision realized, we stuck with the original plan--we raise the funds and let the builders build. That's how you build a village. I just wanted to share some pics so you can see what your support IS building.

We will dedicate this building this Friday at 12 noon. I will be sending an invite to those of you who may be in the city who have donated to the cause to be a part of that historic moment, so mark your calendar. If you have friends who haven't given yet, tell them to hurry up and get on board. After Friday, we will leave the people in peace to adjust to their new homes.

Thank you for being a part of this vision. We are family!

Every state in the country needs to follow Utah's lead. Not only is providing permanent housing for the homeless the right thing to do, it also makes financial sense.
