🐇 So... who exactly is planning this trip down the rabbit hole?

Meet the team behind MPI Tennessee’s 2026 Circle of Excellence Gala!

This group of incredible event professionals is volunteering their time, talent, creativity, connections, and probably more than a few late-night emails to make Whimsical Wonderland our most memorable Gala yet.

From entertainment and production to food & beverage, design, guest experience, marketing, storytelling, sponsorships, and budget, every piece of this event is being thoughtfully brought to life by people who know how to create exceptional experiences for a living.

And we want you to know who they are for a few reasons:

✨ Want to sponsor the Gala? Reach out! We still have opportunities to get your company involved and in front of the MPI Tennessee community.

✨ Want to help bring Wonderland to life? We’d love to hear from members and partners who want to contribute their talents, services, products, or ideas.

✨ Planning an event of your own? Take a look at this crew. These are event professionals, creatives, producers, planners, and partners doing incredible work well beyond the Gala, and we hope you’ll get to know them.

Most importantly, when you walk into the Gala on November 19, know that there’s an entire team of volunteers behind the curtain who chose to give their time to celebrate our industry, honor this year’s award winners, and support the future of MPI Tennessee.

We’re working hard to make this one epic, unexpected, and wonderfully weird.

We’ll see you in Wonderland.

Katie Jones is always willing to jump in, volunteer, and support MPI wherever she’s needed. She was one of the first to raise her hand to return to the GALA Committee, and her dedication to creating a stronger membership experience is evident in the way she shows up and serves. Katie is a joy to work with, well respected throughout MPI, and a true leader in our industry. She is incredibly deserving of this recognition as our August Rockstar!

🎉 What a night at Nashville MPI Mix.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at The Pinnacle Nashville last Tuesday.

The room was buzzing with great conversation, new connections, and familiar faces, and for plenty of you, the night kept going with Tove Lo kicking off her ESTRUS Tour right after! 🎶

A few special thank-yous to:

💛 The Pinnacle Nashville for being our venue sponsor.

🌮 Edley's Tacos for keeping the light bites and taking such great care of our group.

📸 Tina Gionis with tinagionisphotography.com for capturing the night's amazing moments.

Thank you to every attendee who came out to mingle, unwind, and grow their network.

You're what makes these nights special. 🥂

See the photos from the event and we'll see you at the next MPI TN networking MIX!

"MPI gets you in the room with the people who can help you reach your goals." 🙌

That's straight from one of our members, who's been part of MPI Tennessee for more than 20 years.

What started as a way to meet people early in their career has turned into referrals from planners across Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia and chapters all over the U.S.

Connections. Clients. Education. Opportunity. That's what MPI TN is built on.

If you've been thinking about joining, think no longer. Come join us. 💙

⚡ Currently for Sept 22-23 we have a 40% off Flash Sale happening. Click the link below to sign up before the sale ends!
