This year our non-profit has a BIG ask for . We are continually serving women who are rebuilding their lives and overcoming circumstances that are unimaginable to many of us. We are actively working to find them homes, jobs, cars, and the emotional and spiritual support they desperately need and deserve. God has placed them in our care and we are believing in a miracle! If you are looking for a way to support a small non-profit and make a real difference in the lives of these women please consider supporting our cause.

Welcome to the {r}elevé one foundation, located on the third floor of Unite Church, in downtown East Nashville, TN. We are dedicated to helping ensure every woman has access to a safe place where she can begin and/or continue the journey of becoming healthy in a setting that believes in renewing the mind, body and spirit through movement, encouragement and prayer. ​ MISSION STATEMENT Our foundation exists to receive abundant life and so equip women to move towards that life through healing and freedom in spirit, soul, & body…
A safe place to process: • Forgiveness • Shame • Trauma

We are proud to have partnered with many other non-profits geared towards treating women who have faced: addiction, sexual assault, prison, prostitution, physical and mental abuse, unplanned pregnancies, human trafficking, homelessness, and more by serving their clients and staff through our off-site, outreach classes and programs. Amy is the founder of the relevé one foundation and the creator of THE pow{h}er METHOD: a safe, effective, and challenging spirt/soul/body movement practice.
An advocate, helper, and a bridge to those seeking healing from various forms of trauma, Amy is passionate about bringing hope to the darkest places, and simply cannot get enough of encouraging women in their identity as they find FREEDOM in Christ. In addition, she is on staff at Unite Church in East Nashville as the Director of Community and Connection.
Amy Weber is trauma awareness certified by The Murray Method, consults with Amy Pfeffer of Elysian Oaks Life Coaching and is currently in the process of completing an apprenticeship as Ms. Pfeffer’s Trusted Referral Partner.

Pam Hawkins loves ALL things creative–art, photography, painting, and woodworking. After retiring from a 40 year teaching career, she now loves to share her God given gifts and talents with the women whom releve´one serves. She provides art projects to help them realize their full potential and also identity in Christ. She creates prophetic art and is the artist and creator of the watercolor art + scripture "Pick Me Up" cards.

Team Relevé:

Amy Phillips is the pastoral covering for relevé one foundation. She has a BA in Religion from Tufts University and received her pastoral ordination through Messenger Fellowship International in 2014. She served as a staff pastor at the Gate Church in Franklin, TN for almost a decade. Amy is currently finishing her Master’s degree in Spiritual Formation and obtaining a certification in Spiritual Direction through Portland Seminary. Amy’s heart is to see the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ transform people, marriages, and relationships. Her favorite thing is to see women move from crippling fear to outrageous faith!
