Exile International is looking for a full-time Administrative Manager to help manage our U.S. operations. This role is more than administration—it's an opportunity to support a team dedicated to bringing healing and hope to children who have experienced the trauma of war.⁠

• A strong leader and strategic thinker⁠
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Passionate about building healthy teams and effective systems
• Excited to support a mission that empowers children of war to become leaders for peace⁠
• Minimum 1- 2 years of management experience

In this role, you'll help oversee daily operations, support our leadership team, strengthen organizational systems, and help ensure our ministry continues to grow with excellence.⁠

When life feels heavy, God invites us to lift our eyes.

The challenges we face today are not the end of the story. God is renewing us, strengthening us, and reminding us that His eternal promises are greater than our temporary struggles.

Our holistic rehabilitation work goes beyond trauma care.

We also provide youth orphaned by war with opportunities to learn practical skills that can help them build sustainable futures and break the cycle of poverty.

Every time a young woman sits down to learn a new skill, she's gaining so much more than the ability to sew.

She's building confidence.
She's discovering her strengths.
She's finding community.
She's creating something with her own hands.
She's beginning to see a future filled with possibility.

Through Exile's Peace and Healing Programs, girls are encouraged, equipped, and reminded that they are capable, valued, and deeply loved by God.

It's amazing what can happen when someone is given the opportunity to learn, grow, and believe in what's possible.
