Registration is open for the 2026 TNSAE Convention & Trade Show!

Join us Dec. 2–3 at Embassy Suites by Hilton Franklin Cool Springs for two days of learning, sharing, connecting and celebrating Tennessee’s association community!

We’re bringing our TNSAE community together for…
🎤 Ideas you can take back to your association - engaging sessions, fresh perspectives and practical resources to help you think differently and bring new ideas back to your association.

🏆 Celebrating the great work of our members - our Awards of Excellence Luncheon recognizes the creativity, accomplishments and impact happening across Tennessee’s association community.

🤝 Our Trade Show - explore destinations, venues, services and resources for your association while connecting with the people behind them and building relationships that can support your association throughout the year.

💡 Learning from each other - because so much of the value of TNSAE comes from being in the room together. Sharing what’s working, asking questions, exchanging resources and learning from colleagues who understand the work we do.

🥂 And some fun after the first day’s sessions! Visit Franklin is hosting our afternoon reception. Come ready to have a little fun with your TNSAE friends, and maybe even a little friendly competition. One hint: Bring your comfy shoes! 👟

Last week, we gathered for our annual TNSAE CEO Retreat - a few days of great conversation, sharing and meaningful connection with association leaders from across Tennessee.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and brought your ideas, experiences and perspectives to the table. There is something incredibly valuable about bringing association CEOs together to openly share successes and challenges, talk about the trends impacting our organizations and learn from one another. It’s an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, exchange ideas and strengthen the peer connections that make our Tennessee association community so valuable. A special thank you to Mike Pennington, VP of Engagement with Novi AMS, for once again bringing such energy and thoughtfulness to our retreat and helping guide the conversations that make this time together so valuable.

And, a huge thank you to Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort & Spa and Greater Birmingham Convention & Visitors Bureau for their incredible hospitality and support in making this year’s retreat such a success! From the beautiful setting at Ross Bridge to our outings around Birmingham, we had the opportunity to experience firsthand so much of what makes “The Magic City” a great destination for meetings and events.

If you didn't have the opportunity to join us in Birmingham for the retreat, you can connect with Carman Atchison and Laura Chappell at the TNSAE Convention & Trade Show, December 2–3 in Franklin. Be sure to stop by their booths, say hello and learn more about all Birmingham has to offer!

A wonderful few days together and a great example of what our TNSAE community does best - connect, share and learn from one another.
