Begin Again is a gentle winter retreat at Penuel Ridge—created to help you reconnect with yourself and with the quiet wisdom that rises when we slow down.

Think warm fireplaces, cozy blankets, hot tea, and fire pits as the sun sets.

Think breathwork, sound healing, walking the labyrinth, unhurried silence, and honest conversations that give you space to breathe.

Hosted by Woodmont Christian Church’s Center of Hope and Healing, this retreat is a soft place to land and a meaningful way to begin again.
