Hi, I'm Maria Niarchou! You don't need to have everything figured out before you come to therapy. Therapy can be a place to slow down and make sense of what has been feeling difficult, overwhelming, or hard to put into words.

I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, postpartum anxiety and depression, the transition to motherhood, and struggles around eating and body image. I aim to offer a space where you can feel comfortable being honest about what you are experiencing, without judgment or pressure to be any particular way.

I have appointments available in Brentwood, Nashville, and Franklin or through telehealth. Send me a message at [email protected] or call me at 615-383-2115 x114. I hope therapy can be a space where you can better understand yourself and your relationships, reconnect with what matters to you, and make choices that feel more intentional and meaningful.

This was the original dream of the group from Vine Street Christian Church who founded our organization back in 1985.
