We just wrapped up a powerful 2-week Counter Punch Youth Academy KO Scholars Tour 🥊📚

From classroom to gym floor, we had the opportunity to introduce elementary students to the Counterpunch Method™, where movement meets mindset. What looked like boxing on the surface was really confidence building, emotional control, focus, and leadership in action.

The energy was unmatched.
The smiles were real.
And the impact? Immediate.

Teachers saw increased engagement.
Students found a new way to express themselves.
And most importantly… they left feeling empowered.

This is bigger than boxing.
This is about reaching kids before challenges reach them.

Now we’re looking to partner with more elementary schools and districts ready to bring something different to their students.

First and foremost, all glory to God for the opportunity to share our ministry and the work we’re doing through Counter Punch Youth Academy.

We’re not just teaching boxing, we’re teaching discipline, emotional control, critical thinking, and how to respond under pressure. Using non-contact, Olympic-style boxing, we’re helping young people build confidence, improve behavior, and stay locked in academically.

Like I always say… life is a fight, but it’s about how you respond. Keep that Dog in you and release when it’s necessary to achieve your goals!

Grateful. Honored. Focused. 🥊

Being featured on The Jennifer Hudson Show was more than a moment, it was confirmation.

Confirmation that the work we’re doing through Counter Punch Youth Academy is real.
Confirmation that our message is reaching people.
And confirmation that we’re just getting started.

I want to say thank you to everyone who’s been in MY GOD, MY corner, my FAMILY, my friends, my TEAM, and every supporter who’s believed in the vision.

In boxing and in life we live by this:
Pause. Think. React.

That’s what this moment meant to me.
Pause to take it in.

Think about the journey.

React with purpose moving forward.

I was proud to represent Nashville, Tennessee on that stage. Proud to put on for the city that raised me.

This experience fueled me even more. I’m locked in and ready for what’s next.

Grateful for the experience on the West Coast.
It reminded me that real impact comes from putting in the work.I always yell those closest to me that when you stay in your “OWN LANE” there will be some traffic at times but your destination is clear.
Alignment with the right people, shared values, and growth will take you a long way.
Stay CONSISTENT, Stay AUTHENTIC.
