50 Empowered Youth (FEY) We are a group of 50 young followers of Christ who are out to make a difference. We are Empowered! In addition to conferences, YES, Inc.

The Origin of 50 Empowered Youth (FEY)

Delegates ranging from ages 13-19 from 11 churches in the Nashville, TN area came together on June 26-27, 2009, to worship, fellowship and be empowered in the areas of leadership, integrity, accountability and community service. This conference was developed and coordinated by YOUTH EMPOWERMENT SEMINARS (YES), INCORPORATED. This group of young people is now

known as
“50 Empowered Youth (FEY).”

FEY participates in community service projects and partners with local Nashville organizations, such as My Own Backyard, which supports ministries and non-profit organizations, and Front Porch Ministry, which serves at-risk children and single Moms in East Nashville. Members of the group also organized a food and clothing drive for Nashville’s flood victims in May 2010; some also assisted in the clean-up of flood damaged homes. Finally, social activities (such as the 2010 Christmas party) have also taken place to foster unity and as a networking opportunity between members. will be planning periodic empowerment seminars on various topics to keep FEY focused on its purpose and mission.
