The Alpha Theta Nation is saddened to learn that one of our brothers, Guy Spells (AT 1973), has died tragically in a car accident. According to the San Bernardino County coroner’s office, the accident occurred around 5 a.m. Monday in Victorville, CA. Guy was driving southbound on I-15, just north of Stoddard Wells Road when he drifted off the freeway and rear-ended a stopped tractor trailer on the shoulder. Brother Spells was a Nashville native who was living in Granada Hills, a north LA suburb, and had a thriving career in the music/entertainment business. He was in Nashville during TSU's 2013 Homecoming last month to celebrate The Coldblooded 22's 40th anniversary. We know the Coldbloods are grieving right now. Our prayers are with them and the Spells family. We are proud to have had the opportunity to know Guy, to spend time with him during Homecoming and to see him laugh, joke and reminisce with his fellow Coldbloods. Rest In Peace, Brother Guy Spells.

Congratulations Alpha Theta Network on donating $136,669.91 to the TSU Foundation. Our Scholarship Endowment Fund balance now stands at $150,000.00!!!
