Nashville Fair Food

Nashville Fair Food Nashville Fair Food is a diverse group of Nashvillians collaborating with farmworkers in Florida to improve pay and conditions in the fields.

We are students, youth, parents, people of faith, workers, and organizers for economic and racial justice who work from Nashville's rich social movement history. We support the Coalition of Immokalee Workers as well as local farmers and food workers, linking the farmworkers' struggle for dignity with workers' struggles for justice here in Middle Tennessee.

Check out this newly released video featuring the Coalition of Immokalee Workers at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. This is the first stop of the the CIW Four for Fair Tour, where they are pressuring Universities to cut the contract with Wendy's, the last fast food giant who refuses to join the Fair Food Program, an award winning worker driven social responsibility model that bring human rights to agricultural fields. There is a caravan of local allies and supporters of the CIW that will be traveling to the Ohio for the next stop in the tour.
