Rainbow is a nonprofit organization that strives to give girls the tools, training, and encouragement to let their individual spirits shine bright. By providing members with a safe, fun, caring environment where responsible, older girls can interact and mentor younger girls through family involvement. The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls is a Service organization for young women ages 1
0 to 20. Rainbow prepares girls for responsible and purposeful adulthood through character and leadership development, encouraging unselfish service and higher ideals in life, and promoting teamwork and effective interpersonal communications. Rainbow is a truly International Organization that has a presence in most States in the United States as well as nine foreign countries. Rainbow is active in many communities across the State of Tennessee. Tennessee Grand Assembly is the Jurisdictional Organization for the Local Rainbow Assemblies across Tennessee.
