Thank you to everyone who attended our annual meeting on Monday! Youth enjoyed pizza, ice cream, and a kickball tournament following the meeting.
At the meeting, we said farewell to this year’s board and elected a new group of youth!

Michigan Junior Holstein members ended June Dairy Month by attending the National Holstein Convention in Orlando, Florida this past week! They explored Florida, met other Holstein enthusiasts, and enjoyed all that convention has to offer!🐄🏖️

Nine juniors attended the convention and competed in the following contests:
🐮Senior Dairy Bowl Team: Charleigh Thelen, Sophia Nielsen, Abigail Lehman, and Viktor Robertson-Wicks
🐮Junior Dairy Bowl Team: Suzie Oesch, Adair Deters, Will Thomas, and Rebecca Lehman
🐮Dairy Jeopardy: Cash McCauley
🐮Prepared Public Speaking: Will Thomas, Suzie Oesch, and Rebecca Lehman
🐮Extemporaneous Public Speaking: Abigail Lehman and Viktor Robertson-Wicks
🐮Folding Display Contest: Cash McCauley

We are so excited to be partnering with Michigan 4-H Dairy Youth for this year’s 4-H Dairy Days! Make sure to attend our annual meeting on Monday, July 13th at 6pm with the kickball tournament to follow at 7pm!

The Michigan 4-H Dairy Youth Program is partnering with the Michigan Junior Holstein Association to host a kickball tournament on Monday, July 13th at 7:00 p.m. at the Farm Bureau Pavilion! This is a free event for all to attend and participate. There will also be pizza & ice cream! If you do not have a full team of 9, you will be placed on a team!

The MJHA general meeting is at 6 p.m.

Happy June Dairy Month!! 🐄

This month, we are honoring all of the hardworking dairy farmers and amazing cows that give us the delicious dairy products we know and love. Thank you for all that you do!

Take time to thank these farmers and the cows they care for, and enjoy a refreshing, tasty dairy product to celebrate! Happy Dairy Month!

Thank you to everyone who came out for our Royal Dairy Round-Up on Saturday! We had a great turnout, and youth enjoyed putting their skills to the test at showmanship, judging, quiz bowl, and management stations.

A HUGE thank you to all of our volunteers and station leaders for all of the work they did to make this year's Round-Up successful! We hope to see you all again next year!
