SOWN Global SOWN a 501(c)3 organization, founded in 1995, that provides basic necessities to US,China, and Nigeria The work began with the first orphanage in Xi'an.

The vision SOWN was founded in 1995 after Jeannie and her husband adopted a baby girl from Anhui province in China. Jeannie vowed to return to China to make a difference in the lives of the children that would never know the love of a family. The organization provides the most basic necessities we all take for granted to orphan's and the poor. They provide, food, clothing, medication, education, housing & surgery. To date Jeannie has made 42 trips to China taking care of some 3000 children. In 2018 she expanded the work to the United States with the primary focus on the Elderly and in 2022 she expanded to Nigeria.
