lisha Lemming, former seamstress for Dolly Parton, will present the the program. lisha will share her experiences sewing for this Tennessee treasure.

This program will be presented both in-person and over Zoom. We will be hosting ASG members from other chapters over Zoom. Please contact Nonie at [email protected] for info.

Southeast Sewcial Escape is a regional sewing conference targeting ASG chapters in 7 Southeastern states: Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Alabama, and Kentucky. Our sister chapter in Atlanta will have their annual Common Threads Fabric Resale on August 15, 2026. The sale is open to members and to the public. Proceeds from this sale support community sewing events, learn-to-sew classes at local libraries, and to partially subsidize class fees for education programs and biannual events.
