Yesterday we had our T&P awards ceremony. The staff met beforehand to select our female and male “best all around” student. The students then met and voted for the male and female “most outstanding” student. This year, Isabella Batts & Desmond Pontious won both awards! So proud of these two! The staff and their peers were blown away by their leadership this year. The 401s also selected two students, Aidan Deitz & Callie Ketteman, for their award. Also, congrats to Team Crowe for crushing it in team games this week!

401s…we are going to miss you so much! Thank you for leading and serving so well!

The 201s did a fabulous job organizing our luggage today! We are enroute to Columbus & excited to serve at the convention!❤️

Hello everybody!! It’s your 401 of the day for Wednesday, Kaynee Alberty, here with an update on what your students have been up to and the experiences they’ve been having!

We started the day with our Morning of Solitude. An intentional time for students to sit in the presence of God with no distractions. After that, students traveled to local laundromats to wash their clothes. During that time, they also got to have their phones to call and check in with family and friends back home.

We ended the night with worship led by YET and a great time of fellowship together. Today is our last full day on campus before everyone transitions into serving with the NAFWB.

Please be praying for our students as they transition into serving at the National!

Today is laundry day which means our students will get their phones back this afternoon while at the laundromat! Enjoy some calls and FaceTimes with your teens today and ask them how God is working in their lives while at Truth and Peace Student Leadership Conference!

Yesterday our 201s led our service. They spent hours planning the details, taught Sunday school, greeted those showing up for service, led worship and taught scripture. It was wonderful to watch them in action. Incredibly proud of this 201 group. They served so well! ❤️

It’s such an honor to serve on staff at Truth & Peace. We love getting to know your students and enjoy teaching them through the conference. It’s such a gift to be here with them. Thank you for raising these incredible teens and for sending them our way!

As a staff we share endless inside jokes, have laughed and cried alongside each other, and we each feel so blessed to get to spend these few weeks together each summer. We leave exhausted and so refreshed at the same time.

Incredibly thankful for these friendships among the staff. This crew loves to have a good time! ❤️
