Thank you USA Triathlon for organizing this but especially to Katie Zaferes who is a huge inspiration to us all and was an absolute delight. Such wonderful insight and an openness to sharing things to the next generation of Olympic hopefuls. Our kids can’t wait to use all of these nuggets of knowledge in their own athletic journeys.
