Join Kayla Curry for Securing the Future: Building Bench Strength and Succession for your organization. Preparing for leadership transitions is especially critical for small nonprofit organizations, where a few key roles carry much of the mission’s success. This three part workshop series is designed for lean nonprofit teams and focuses on identifying the most critical roles in the organization, creating a clear and practical succession plan for those roles, and developing a flexible template that can be adapted for other positions as the organization grows. This in-person cohort experience will provide tools.
