CUB LEADER TRAINING OPPORTUNITY

Good evening MTC Cub Leaders,

Percy Priest is hosting a Cub Leader training session on Saturday August 22nd at 9 AM via Microsoft Teams. This training will cover Cubmaster/Assistant Cubmaster, Den Leader, and Committee Member training. If you are a Committee Chair, this will cover all training but four modules. The course will take approximately one hour to complete. The registration link is listed below. ⚜️ INTRODUCTION TO LEADERSHIP SKILLS FOR TROOPS (ILST) ⚜️

Leadership isn't just learned—it's practiced.

Join us for ILST, a Scout-led, Scout-taught leadership course designed to help youth leaders build the confidence and skills needed to lead their units successfully.

📍 Boxwell Fehrmann Training Center
💲 $10 per Scout

This course is ideal for:
🏕️ Scouts BSA youth leaders (meets the NYLT prerequisite)
⛵ Sea Scouts (equivalent to ILSS)

⭐ Teamwork
⭐ Planning
⭐ Problem Solving

This course is proudly planned and taught by youth members of the Order of the Arrow, giving participants the opportunity to learn from experienced Scout leaders.
