Community food systems are built with people, but they're sustained by the tools and infrastructure that help people do the work.

We're grateful to the Nashville Predators Foundation for awarding The Nashville Food Project a 2026 Helper Grant in support of our Community Agriculture Network.

Across Nashville, more than 100 growers steward gardens and orchards where fresh, culturally meaningful food is grown and shared. These spaces are cared for by immigrant elders, teachers, faith communities, and neighbors who are cultivating more than food. They're cultivating connection, knowledge, and a sense of belonging. This investment will help provide the tools, equipment, and infrastructure that make that work possible, strengthening community food-growing spaces across our city for years to come.

Thank you, Nashville Predators Foundation, for helping us continue to grow, cook, and share nourishing food.

Yesterday, we had the joy of joining the Rainbow Collective Pride Happy Hour. 🌈

We’re grateful for opportunities to connect with neighbors, celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community, and share in the work of building a Nashville where everyone belongs.

Food is for everyone. Community is for everyone.
Happy Pride Month. 💚

Announcing the return of The Nashville Brew Project, a week-long partnership with local breweries and businesses across Nashville that supports The Nashville Food Project's work to grow, cook, and share nourishing food.

From June 16–21, participating locations will donate $1 from every featured pint sold. This year, we're also introducing a Sip & Support Passport, encouraging participants to explore Nashville's brewery community while supporting a more nourishing city.

The Nashville Brew Project is back.

For one week, breweries and local businesses across Nashville will come together around a simple idea: good beer can do good things.

From June 16–21, every featured pint purchased at participating locations will help support The Nashville Food Project. For every designated beer sold, $1 will be donated to help us grow, cook, and share nourishing food across our city.

This year's event includes a Sip & Support Passport. Visit participating locations, collect stamps throughout the week, and experience some of Nashville's favorite breweries while supporting a more nourishing community.

The week begins with a free Kick-Off Party at The Nashville Food Project on June 15, where we'll gather with friends, supporters, brewery partners, and neighbors to raise a glass to local businesses, local beer, and the work we can accomplish together.

Participating Stops:

• Crazy Gnome Brewery
• Fait La Force Brewing
• Fat Bottom Brewing
• New Heights Brewing
• The Pharmacy Burger Parlor & Beer Garden
• Southern Grist Brewing
• The Nashville Food Project (Kick-Off Party)

This Saturday at the Growing Together Farmers Market 🌱

We've got a great lineup of growers, bakers, coffee, smoothies, flowers, and local food makers joining us this week.

We're especially excited to welcome back Burmese food to the market. If you remember the Burmese Hot Chips from last season, you know why we're excited. They were one of the most talked-about foods at the market, and we can't wait to have them back.
