Attention ATTENTION!!!!

So we all know prom is coming up, right? We also know not every teen has the opportunity to go due to personal situations at home....

Well 4LENA wants to help out by spending up to 500.00 on a graduating senior go to prom!

Just follow the instructions below to enter or to nominate someone:

1. Go like the 4LENA page
2. Send a message (no less than 500 words) with the following information.
A- Your name or name of nominee
B- Name of High School
C- Date of Prom
D- Date of Graduation
E- Information about yourself or the nominee. (Include hobbies, things you or the nominee have overcome.
F- Contact information (Phone, email, Facebook and Instagram are fine)

Once submitted, your entry will be reviewed. Nominees must reside in Metro-Davidson County.

*Please note, the deadline for submissions is March 26, 2016.*
