Haynes Manor Neighborhood Association is an incorporated organization presently encompassing the geographical boundaries of Haynes Manor. The mission of the neighborhood association is to be composed of individuals who are dedicated to working together to build a stronger neighborhood by developing new and improved opportunities for safer living. To accomplish this goal, the Haynes Manor Neighborh
ood Association stives to:
• Enhance the quality of residential living through support to families who live in the area.
• Encourage the participation of residents in keeping our neighborhood safe, clean, and beautiful.
• Promote healthy family values.
• Encourage residents to restore, maintain, and improve homes. Our objectives are:
to develop and implement an effective neighborhood organization,
to empower the neighborhood to have a positive impact on what happens in the area,
to develop effective communication link with government officials,
to improve the quality of the neighborhood, to establish common goals. Regular meetings of the Association are held bi-monthly on the 2nd Monday of the month at Faith United Baptist Church or other location designated by the Exec. Membership is open to anyone who owns or rents property within the boundaries of the Haynes Manor Subdivision. HMNA is a non-profit 501©3 chartered organization under Tennessee Code
