NAJA encourages its members to render charitable services that are beneficial to the general public, with particular emphasis on children, and to cooperate with other organizations performing similar services. The national focus of the association is "Care Today, Character Tomorrow" because a healthy, safe child becomes a productive adult, and, in turn, becomes a contributing member of society. Ju
nior auxiliary members strive to improve the mental, physical, social and emotional well-being of children in their communities. Although, our main emphasis is on helping children, we also include the needs of families in our service projects.
