I want to take a moment to celebrate these incredible women who completed The Inner Restoration Series through NOCX Inc.’s Focus & Flow Healing initiative, which is a 3-week journey of reflection, healing, and reconnection.

From the very first week, these women showed up with courage. Through vulnerability, tears, laughter, honesty, and deep reflection, they allowed themselves to explore areas of healing and self-discovery. You know it takes strength to sit with yourself and to open up, to even grow in community and they did just that.

Two amazing women are missing from this photo, but their presence and participation were just as powerful throughout the journey.

I am honored to hold space for women willing to do this kind of inner work. Watching each of you show up for YOURSELVES and one another was truly beautiful.

Thank you to I’m already looking forward to returning in May for our Somatic Music & Healing Series as we continue creating spaces where women can reconnect with themselves, their voices, and their bodies.

The work continues. The healing continues. The becoming continues. Ayyyyyyyyye✨

Thanksgiving Outreach 2025💛

My heart is sooo fulllllllllll. Yesterday we showed what community looks like when everybody brings their light to the table.

Through our partnership with Mt. Lebanon Missionary Baptist Church, we were able to serve warm meals to our community. We fed at the church… delivered meals at Southeast library… and hit the streets to reach those who couldn’t make it to us. Every plate found the right hands.

A BIG SHOUT OUT to our volunteers. They showed up and showed out. Over 25+ volunteers came ready to serve moving with purpose, heart, and pure generosity. Sooooooooo grateful for them. Some even drove across the city just to be part of this moment.

Deep gratitude to and for pouring into this work and helping us stretch our reach even further. Their support helped us honor our community with care.

This is what NOCX stands for.
This is what happens when love becomes action.
This is the power of partnership, alignment, and showing up for each other.
