We hope you can join us for an uplifting conversation around mental health and wellness for musicians this Sunday, March 22!

We’ll be chatting with Jessica Blackwell, a violinist with the Nashville Symphony, a professor at Vanderbilt University, and a clinical therapist. She’ll lead a discussion on mental health challenges musicians often face and there will also be time for open Q&A. We hope to see you there!

We’re excited to welcome Jessica Blackwell, a violinist, Vanderbilt University professor, and clinical mental health therapist, on Sunday, March 22. Jessica, who teaches a course on Musicians’ Wellness, will share valuable insights and practical tools to support musicians at every stage of their careers, including topics such as performance anxiety and taking a holistic approach to musician wellness. This event will take place at her office space here in town, with the address to be shared soon.
