We’re extending our Match the May Challenge; there’s still time to make a difference! 💙🐾

Meet Sheba. When Sharon took her in, Sheba was suffering from a severe ear infection and had recently given birth to a litter. Living in a veterinary desert with limited access to care, Sharon turned to Pet Community Center for help.

Through our Pets for Life program, Sheba received free vaccinations, dewormer, flea and tick prevention, and medication to treat her painful ear infection. Sharon also receives free pet food and supplies to help keep Sheba healthy at home.

Your support helps families like Sharon and pets like Sheba access the care they need.

Meet Mary and Dexter - their family grew when they adopted Snowbear, joining their other pets, Cali and Mighty. With multiple animals to care for, keeping food in every bowl became a challenge. Through PCC’s Food Security Program, the family now receives regular deliveries of free pet food, helping keep their pets healthy and together with the people who love them.

We’re still raising donations all month long for our Match the May challenge! 💙🐾 Your support helps fund lifesaving programs like our food security program that gives out over 50 tons of free pet!

Reminder! We’re raising donations all month long for our Match the May challenge! 💙🐾 Your support helps fund lifesaving programs such as our spay/neuter services.

Meet Tonya; She lives in one of Nashville’s veterinary deserts without access to affordable care. Through our Pet for Life program, her dog receives vaccinations, heartworm testing, chronic pain management, and access to low-cost/no-cost spay and neuter services.

The need for affordable spay/neuter surgeries in Greater Nashville continues to grow. In 2026 alone, PCC will perform around 7,500 surgeries, preventing thousands of homeless litters and helping keep pets healthy, safe, and with the families who love them.

This May, your support can go twice as far through our Match the May challenge! Every donation helps provide lifesaving care for programs like our Community Cat Program🐾🐈.

When Snaggle’s caretaker Rachel moved into her home in 2021, Snaggle walked right in…then came even more cats. What started with one friendly cat quickly turned into an overwhelming situation with pregnant cats and kittens.

With support from our team, things quickly turned around: 5 pregnant cats were trapped, 15 kittens were adopted out, and 12 cats were spayed or neutered.

Donations like yours help make stories like this possible!

Meet Butterbean 🐾 The patient marking Dr. Pinelli’s 10,000th surgery with PCC!

Butterbean is a 1.5-year-old Old English Sheepdog coming in for his neuter surgery. Through our low-to-no cost spay/neuter programs for pets and community cats, we work every day to help prevent pet overpopulation in our community.

10,000 surgeries is more than just a number — it represents an estimated 20,000–30,000 fewer dogs and cats entering shelters due to accidental litters.

In less than 3 years with PCC, Dr. Pinelli has already made an incredible impact on the Nashville pet community, and we’re so grateful for her dedication, compassion, and lifesaving work. 💙
