What an honor to have such incredible speakers and musicians at our 40th Anniversary Celebration!

Not pictured here are our mentors, teachers, and supporters… our Executive Directors, past and present… and our graduates—many of whom will be with us at the event. They are the reason we get to celebrate FOUR DECADES of helping women rebuild their lives.

Being part of an organization like Better Decisions brings to life the words of Rabindranath Tagore:
“I slept and dreamt that life was joy.
I awoke and saw that life was service.
I acted, and behold, service was joy.”

Our wish for you is to experience this kind of joy, whether with us or within another community where you feel called to serve.

For 40 years, Better Decisions has been doing the quiet work that changes lives.

Serving women at the Debra Johnson Rehabilitation Center and, since 2006, through programs connected to Thistle Farms, the organization teaches a Five-Step Decision-Making Process grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

It’s about more than decisions.
It’s about clarity, confidence, and creating a new path forward.
