Registration for our After Breast Cancer Fall Cohort is OPEN!

What is After Breast Cancer?
The YMCA of Middle Tennessee’s After Breast Cancer (ABC) Program was designed by survivors, for survivors, to provide education and healing for mind, body and spirit after a breast cancer diagnosis. During the free 16-week program, you’ll find a community of other survivors to help you through as you bridge that gap of “treatment’s over… now what?”

Together, along with a team of professionals, you’ll begin to define and discover your own unique “new normal” through supervised exercise, nutrition classes and discussion groups.

We're back for the Fall! Join us in September on Thursdays at 3pm for some fun with instructor Jenn Yoder at our Homeschool Fitness Program.

We cover agility exercises, sports, and more, to ensure your kids are learning how to move in healthy and safe ways!

On August 18th, we will be starting our Full Circle Program at the Bellevue YMCA!

It will be structured as a High School Hang Out and happen on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-5:30pm.

Come to our Open House either tomorrow or next Friday to meet our staff, see the classroom, and learn if it's the right fit for your kids.

We are honored to be partnering with Nashville Community Connections again this summer to collect school uniforms for children with unstable housing! This partnership is one we cherish, and we are so excited to have been able to celebrate their 10 year mark of serving the Nashville Community this week!

Thank you to Jami Oakley and the amazing work she does to help all kids in MNPS schools feel supported and important.

We are collecting school clothing and *NEW* underwear donations through the end of July. Drop yours off in the bins in our Welcome Center!
