Calling all ghosts, goblins, and fall-loving families! 👻🎃🍁

The Bellevue Family YMCA Annual Fall Fest is coming up October 23 from 5-7 pm! Grab your costumes and your crew and join us for an evening of festive fall fun.

🗓 October 23

⏰️ 5 - 7 PM

📍Bellevue Family YMCA

All are welcome, and admission is free! food truck will be on site and available for purchase.

Some of the fun includes:

🍁 Face painting

🍁 Costume contest

🍁 Large inflatables 

🍁 S'mores & firepit 

🍁 Daddy's Dogs food truck

🍁 Live music 

🍁 Pumpkin painting

Join us for PINK OUT OCTOBER! We will be raising awareness and celebrating survivors all month long 🩷

We currently have pink paper butterflies in our Welcome Center that you can write the name of someone who struggled or is currently struggling with breast cancer on and hang up on the slat wall.

We are also collecting lipsticks, chapsticks and other pink makeup for our current participants in the After Breast Cancer program.

The collection box will be in the Welcome Center until October 24th!

Thank you for standing with us to show support for the brave women and men who face these diagnoses every day.

It's a little after Welcoming Week has ended, and going through all of the comments you put on the 'I Feel Welcome When...' board has been an amazing reminder of how we all feel welcome at the Y 💚

Whether it's a smile, a thank you, or the feel of being a part of something, that's our mission: for ALL to feel welcome.

Yesterday we had a Cultural Food Exchange to celebrate Welcoming Week! Thank you to everyone to brought a dish to share from another culture, and to everyone who enjoyed the dishes!
We love how food brings people together and how we get to learn about each other. We are always stronger together ❤️

Today marks the start of our Annual Welcoming Week at the YMCA! This time allows us to focus on appreciating the diversity of cultures and ethnicities that we see within our walls, and how much stronger we are because of it.

We will have a number of fun activities throughout this next week at our Welcome Center, so stop by and jump on in! :) On Wednesday, September 16th, we will even have a cultural exchange of food happening in the coffee area starting at 11am. You won't want to miss it! (If you'd like to bring a dish to share, please email Joshua Wilkins at [email protected]).
