Attention all Arrowmen!! Be a part of our Lodge’s history! The design of the flap will be open to a contest with submissions due 8/8. The only requirements for the flap are that the design compliments the Council’s CSP, it includes the word “Brotherhood” somewhere on it, and the ordinary rules that apply to all lodge flaps. As a reminder those rules are:
“Any Lodge Flap approved by the LEC shall contain ‘Wa-Hi-Nasa,’ ‘WWW,’ ‘111,’ and a fleur-de-lis. When desired these elements may be ‘ghosted.’”

Let’s hear what our Vice Chief of Service, Brianna has to say about her 13 day trek with OA Canadian Odyssey! 🇨🇦

A message from Brianna -
“Hol-Ry! I recently embarked on a 13 day journey into the Quetico Provincial Park in Canada from Ely, Minnesota with fantastic Arrowmen from across the country who were like-minded hard workers with a great sense of humor! A few highlights of my trip was being able to swim in a waterfall, flip a Alumacraft canoe by myself, and provide 40 hours of hard conservation work!

My time in the Northwoods has reshaped how I view service, brotherhood, and the importance of being out in God’s beautiful country. From being stuck in the mud and relying on my crew mates to help me out and lighting storms that lit up the sky a little too close for comfort to evenings filled with laughter and the rewarding views after hard portage trails, every moment was filled with challenges and growth! I’m so excited to be able to share a piece of my experience with you! If you have not been to OAHA yet, I highly recommend you to check it out next summer. It is life changing! 🛶”
