The Metro Regional Solid Waste Board meets this Thursday, March 21st, from 4 to 5 pm at the Fulton Government Complex on 2nd Ave S. This board is a culprit in encouraging landfills not recycling (CURBY diverts a mere 13,000 tons out of 1 million tons per year, and Nashville is a heavy user of landfills in Murfreesboro (500k tons per year) and Camden (200k tons per year). PLEASE ATTEND and let your friends know about this meeting.
