Each year Carolina Women+ in Tech (CWIT) confronts the topic of confidence, career, negotiation, & equality for women+. After a pandemic pause, we are excited to bring this shared experience both in person and virtually for access to some of Charlotte’s most inspiring leaders who are paving the way for women+ in tech.
Join us to learn more about the state of equal pay in 2022, negotiation tactics, how to act in order to build your confidence muscle, & get inspired by our slate of panelists’ stories.

Speakers include Ericka Spradley (Chief PowHer Officer & Founder of Confident Career Woman), Bethany Rodriguez (Manager at the Mayor’s Youth Employment Program of Charlotte), Allison Arthur (CWIT Board Member & Director of Marketing & Sales at Soliant Consulting), Natasha Hemmingway (Corporate & Entrepreneurial-Based Sales Coach, Consultant & Speaker, & the Creator of Heart Not Hustle™️).

AvidXchange is graciously title sponsoring this event by hosting the in-person and online experience so that femme leaders in Charlotte can empower women across the region. CWIT’s signature events wouldn’t be possible without our members, sponsors, allies & mentors. http://ow.ly/UZaH50Iv8UR
