Hi, friends. This group has been offline for quite a while. I was wondering, is there still an interest in a community of support for helpdesk, ITSM, and technology support professionals in Middle Tennessee? This was a vibrant, active organization. Can it be again?

I have messaged ThinkHDI asking for advice and an interest activity. Please let me know if this is something you are interested in.

Along with opportunities for growth and learning, the chapter would need leadership. Volunteers in these roles participate in running a small, not-for-profit business, managing finances, events, sponsors, and people. Please DM me if this is something you are ready to take on!

Recognition is a key to employee engagement, retention, and innovation. What value does the team or individual receive when they step onto the stage to receive that recognition in front of 1500-3000 peers and leaders from the industry? How much would it be worth to have your employee and organization recognized on a national stage?

Let me give you a hint - a lot less than you think.

We won't start with the obvious except to say that the world is a different place for networking and experience sharing these days. The HDI Music City board has been closely watching the challenges and changes as we chart our path to best continue serving the Middle Tennessee IT Service Management and Tech Support community.

HDI Music City, still out here!! A new and energized leadership team is on the way to the annual Local Chapter Officer Leadership training camp in Colorado Springs next month. I know I am looking forward the the tips and tricks they will be bringing back to make our lives in ITSM and Technology Support easier.
