Include your name and address and be sure you agree to hold your sale on the Saturday and (roughly) the times listed. (Of course, you can hold it the day before or the day after, too.)

Have you ever wondered how to apply for traffic calming on your street?

NDOT accepts Neighborhood Street Traffic Calming (NSTC) applications from Nashville residents, year-round.

Traffic calming is awarded based on a points system considering: * average speed on the street
* pedestrian walkability
* neighborhood destinations, and
* accidents with injuries/fatalities.

Typically, the nominated streets must have a posted speed of 30 mph or less, and have traffic of 5,000 vehicles per day or less.

Before submitting, check that the street of concern doesn't already have an active application for the Neighborhood Street Traffic Calming (NSTC) program. Applications must be approved by a neighborhood organization or at least four (4) separate residence owners.
