Exciting News! 🌟 The Education Equal Opportunity Group (EEOG) is partnering with PNC Bank to bring more career opportunities to our youth! Thanks to a generous $10,000 grant from PNC Bank, we are expanding our Career Speed Networking Program (CSNP) to college campuses in Tennessee and Alabama.
This partnership empowers underserved students, creates individual success, and fosters stronger, equitable communities. The CSNP provides high school students with career readiness training, paid shadowing opportunities, and invaluable mentorship from industry leaders. It's all about connecting students with professionals, building confidence, and preparing them for bright futures!
"We are profoundly grateful for the support and visionary leadership of Tracee D. Smith, VP at PNC Bank," said EEOG President George Thomas. This collaboration is set to impact students and their communities by bridging the gap between education and opportunity.
Join Us and Make a Difference! We invite leaders to volunteer and support EEOG's CSNP. Together, we can inspire today's students to become tomorrow's leaders. Let's create a brighter future together!
About EEOG: Founded in 2001, the Education Equal Opportunity Group has empowered over 40,000 students with leadership training, personal finance education, and mentorship, breaking barriers and building brighter futures for underserved communities.

Hello Friend:

I hope this message finds you well on this Giving Tuesday. Today, we reach out with a heartfelt request for financial support for the Education Equal Opportunity Group (EEOG). As a 501(c)(3) organization, EEOG is passionately committed to transforming the lives of first-generation students from historically underrepresented backgrounds. With over two decades as President, I have witnessed the profound impact of our mission to break the cycle of poverty through education, service, and self-efficacy.

EEOG actively collaborates with rural and urban school districts across the county to provide vital support and opportunities to those who need it most. Our flagship initiative, the Career Speed Networking Program (CSNP), embodies our belief that "You cannot be what You cannot see!" This program has been instrumental in broadening horizons and inspiring aspirations among our students.

On this Giving Tuesday, we invite you to join us in making a difference. Your financial contribution will directly contribute to the success of our programs and, more importantly, the futures of countless first-generation students. Together, we can empower these individuals to reach their full potential and overcome barriers to success.

Please visit www.EEOG.org.com/donate to donate or learn more about our initiatives. Your generosity is a beacon of hope for those we serve.

Thank you for considering our cause, and we appreciate any support you can provide.

Warm regards,

George Thomas

🚀 Exciting News! 🚀 EEOG's 2nd Annual Career Speed Networking Program at Lane College was a HIT! 🌟

Approximately 230 High school students from four incredible districts - Hardeman County, Haywood County, Lauderdale County, and Jackson Madison County - joined us at Lane College for a day of inspiration, learning, and empowerment. 🎓✨

🌟 Keynote Speaker Kimberly J. Bandy, a distinguished United States Department of Homeland Security representative, graced the occasion as the keynote speaker. With a background as an HBCU graduate, Kimberly plays a vital role in the Department's Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties division, ensuring the protection of civil rights and liberties within the department's activities. Her message revolved around the four quarters of life: GROW, ACHIEVE, BECOMING, and HARVESTING, emphasizing personal and professional growth at different life stages.

📚 The Education Equal Opportunity Group (EEOG) provided essential tools: college resources, mentorship, and career readiness strategies. Together with our amazing corporate sponsors - Lane College, BlueOval SK, West Tennessee Healthcare, City of Brownsville Mayor Williams Rawls Office, 100 Black Men of West Tennessee, Wells Fargo, CoreCivic, Bank of Ripley, Bank of Tipton, Georgia-Pacific, MIG Steel Fabrication, LLC, Cracker Barrel, Cracker Barrel Catering, Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), Pilot Company, and Tom Black, Author of "The Boxcar Millionaire." We ignited their passion for success! 🔥

🌈 But here's the BEST part: YOU can be a part of this incredible journey too! 🌟

🤝 Join us as an EEOG sponsor and help area students excel. Together, we can make higher education accessible to all, especially first-gen and underrepresented students.

🙌 Don't miss out on this opportunity to make a difference! Contact George Thomas at [email protected] or visit www.EEOG.org to become a sponsor.

📢 Tag companies and friends who shouldn't miss out on this chance to empower the next generation! 💪
