Miss Black Tennessee US Ambassador 2017, Maliyah Bass, is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University where she received her Bachelor's of Science degree in General Science with a minor in Health. Her platform is Expect Great, which teaches the importance and obtainability of Higher Education with an emphasis on careers that often seem insurmountable to our demographic. Follow her reign, as she will represent the GREAT state of Tennessee in July at the National pageant.
