This month, TMHCA honors the TLGBQ+ individuals in recovery! Recovery is an act of resilience. It is choosing yourself again and again, even when the road is difficult. It is finding hope in moments of darkness and building a life rooted in healing, connection, and self-acceptance.

The TLGBQ+ community has long faced unique barriers, stigma, and discrimination, yet countless individuals continue to show extraordinary strength by seeking support, embracing recovery, and sharing their stories.
