I’ve been truly thinking of the words when hearing we lost Terry Carter. He was a force. He had this genuine heart that just simply wanted to help. He wanted everyone to come together for the sake of helping others. He was a warrior in my eyes and in the eyes of so many. He encouraged, he loved and he led by example. HE showed everyone that you can have a past, change it, motivate others from it, leave a mark on so many to want better for themselves. I would say Terry, you did it. I know Jesus said WELL DONE… rest easy now… I speak on behalf of AFH, thank you for all you have done. YOU will never be forgotten.

DESPERATELY needing blankets! As the cold is coming in, we are down to almost nothing! If you have any blankets, comforters we would be so grateful!!! Please help!

Thank you to all who have responded to this post. We appreciate your offers of help. We always welcome volunteers and could not operate without you. All of our volunteers have been a bit overwhelmed lately with personal obligations and/or illness, so there has been a bit of confusion as to whom is doing what. We are working it out and again, thank you to everyone who stepped up. Bread pick ups are currently covered. We will post again later for turkey and blanket pick ups. We very much appreciate your understanding and support.

On Tues, Wed, and Thurs of this week in our Lebanon warehouse we helped 55 individuals. We prepared 39 food boxes serving a total of 71 people. This is in addition to the clothing, lunches, and hygiene items that were given out. On Sunday afternoon we gave out 80 hot meals at our Grab and Go dinner. Thank you to all who have made donations. They are continuing to go out as fast as they come in. If you would like to assist us, donations may be brought to the warehouse at 319 N. College Street in Lebanon on Tues, Wed, or Thurs from 9-12, or checks may be mailed to us at that same address.

Hello friends. Every day I see posts from non-profits that are struggling to keep up with the current demand. People are not able to donate like they once were. I am afraid ALL for HIM is among those that are having a hard time. WE URGENTLY NEED YOUR ASSISTANCE! Last week alone on the 3 days we were open we prepared 31 food boxes assisting 49 people. Our food shelving is looking quite empty. Would you consider asking your church, SS class, civic organization, or club, to do a food drive for us, or possibly take a monetary collection to help us buy the things we need. Many thanks in advance. Checks may be sent to ALL for HIM Ministry, 319 N. College Street, Lebanon, TN, 37087. Please write for food on the item line. Food donations may be brought to our warehouse on Tue, Wed, or Thurs, from 9-12. If you can not get there at that time please message us to make other arrangements. Thanks again.

Just wanted to share, I serve each Sunday and recently found another spot to serve and meet some new unhoused friends. I have found a church in the middle of all of this that welcomes the unhoused. Need I say it means a lot to me. I invited a gentleman to go with me named Carlton. He came and just sang and praised God with everything he had. It always puts things in perspective for me watching this. In this world, he may be viewed as having very little, but I felt like he was the richest man!!! Serving isn’t this huge elaborate presentation,it’s about the individual, building the relationship and loving each person right where they are!!

This is a message from someone we helped.. taking the time to have a conversation, get to know them, build a relationship and not judge… dignity is one of the things that gets lost on the streets. To provide this and some wipes, hygiene bag while enduring the heat is everything! ALL for HIM Ministry
