For more than 50 years, the Fraternal Order of Police has invested in the future of our community through a free, week-long summer camp for at-risk youth. Each year, Metro police officers volunteer as counselors and mentors, helping campers learn the value of civic responsibility, teamwork, and leadership while building positive, lasting relationships with the officers who serve their neighborhoods.

Yesterday, we welcomed sponsors, command staff, elected officials, and community leaders to our annual open house, giving them the opportunity to experience firsthand the impact this program has on the lives of these young people.

We are incredibly grateful for the support of our community. It is because of our sponsors, partners, and volunteers that this camp continues to thrive and make a difference year after year. We look forward to carrying on this tradition for the next 50 years—building trust, strengthening relationships, and making a positive impact one child at a time.
