Hey Neighbors! Morgan Murray here. There are two dogs loose this morning. They ran up from the front of the neighborhood toward Charlie and I this morning. They would not let me get close enough to read the address or phone on their collar. They look mutt/terrier mixed, 40-50 pounds, white and brown. They are seem very friendly! Both have collars! This post is meant to alert the neighbors and hopefully the owner

Starting this month, our Monthly HOA Community Meetings will be held on the first Monday of the month. This is to ensure that our Management (David Floyd & Assoc.) will be able to attend. You should have received an email with a virtual link to our meeting tomorrow night at 6:30pm. This month will be by virtual meeting only. Please login to our new website: www.HuntingtonRidgeHOA.com and click on the left side tab "Calendar" and you'll see on Monday April 7th there is a scheduled "6:30pm HOA Board Meeting". Click on that and you'll have the link and instructions to join virtually (by phone or computer; audio or via video conference). See you there!

FYI: There will be an inspector on site today from Best Choice Roofing. He is doing an evaluation of the entire neighborhood. Please respect his schedule and allow him to work as needed. He will be on certain roofs for a more detailed evaluation. Thank you.

Just a heads up:
Tomorrow Monday the 13th, we are having our back flow system tested at 1pm. The water will be shut off for approximately 5 minutes while the test is conducted.

Hello Ridge!
Metro Water is down the Amalie Hill working on pipes. They had to turn off the water to fix what they’re doing. The water will be off for about three more hours.
But as of now, our pipes are not the issue. 🙌🏻

Meeting Announcement: Tonight at 6:30PM, there will be a meeting at the Amalie Clubhouse. The Neighborhood Street Traffic Calming (NSTC) from NDOT will be presenting information related to the traffic calming initiative and next steps. Metro Council Member Bob Nash will also be in attendance. Please attend if you are able!
