ShowerUp Nashville ShowerUp is a nonprofit that provides mobile showers, mobile laundry, and personal care to those experiencing homelessness and anyone in need. Shower Grace.

Hope. Love. ShowerUp utilizes mobile shower units that provide hot showers, hygiene supplies and much more. We are currently in Nashville TN, Huntsville AL, Wichita KS, Chicago and Boston. It's our goal to build relationships so that we can help restore hope and dignity in the lives of those who are marginalized and in need. In so doing, we hope to share God's love in a meaningful way. Shower Up is an excellent and easy way for volunteers to engage in ministry to the poor. We partner with churches, other para-church organizations, businesses, volunteers and donors. We shower GRACE, shower HOPE and shower LOVE.

$4 is one street taco. One. Not all of them. Nobody's cancelling Taco Tuesday.

But that same $4 is what it takes for someone who's been wearing the same clothes for weeks to step into a locked stall, feel hot water for the first time in a long time, walk out in clean clothes, and hear a volunteer say their name like it matters. Because it does.

Nakilia has a gift to be able to see beauty where others may not. Each week she shares pictures on her phone that she has taken of beautiful things around Nashville. From leaves shaped like hearts to flowers and murals. She wants to create a book from them one day. It all comes down to being a choice to see the beauty. May we all choose to see that in our day today.

Most people think they know what ShowerUp does. But this is a side of our mission you may have never seen. 🚿❤️

When disaster strikes and suddenly there’s no power, no running water, and no normal to return to, the things we take for granted become some of the things people need most.

ShowerUp has the incredible honor of showing up in those moments, too.

After catastrophic events and natural disasters, our mobile shower units can go where they’re needed and offer something simple but powerful: a hot shower, a moment to breathe, and the reminder that you’re not facing this alone.
