Beginning Monday, February 23, the Needs Tracker on NashvilleResponds.com will move to limited weekly hours as partners work through the overwhelming response of more than 2,800 applications already submitted.

The tracker will be open Monday at 12 p.m. through Thursday at 7 p.m. each week. If you have already applied, please do not reapply. Multiple submissions slow the process and do not move your request ahead. It takes time, but we will get to you.

If you need help finding other available resources, call 211 or text your ZIP code to 898-211 to be connected to trusted, local support.

At this time, United Way of Greater Nashville’s 2-1-1 call center has reached full capacity for the Airbnb.org emergency housing program. All available Airbnb.org credits have now been allocated. We would like to thank Airbnb.org for providing this resource during this unprecedented storm.

Their team is actively working to notify individuals who remain in the queue that this housing option is no longer available. We recognize how difficult this is for those still seeking shelter, and encourage you to make use of the discounted VRBO/hotel options or shelters that are available.

For more information on these options and other Frequently asked questions for this response visit: https://www.nashville.gov/departments/government/winter-storm-fern-resources

Due to Winter Storm Fern and impacts to roads and communications, Tennessee has opened the TBI Hotline 1-800-TBI-FIND (1-800-824-3463) to handle wellness checks for your loved ones.

Please use this state hotline instead of calling local non-emergency public safety or emergency management agencies. Davidson County welfare check requests must be submitted through the county hub page.
