Our hearts are full this Christmas! ❤️🎄❄️

Because of your incredible support, the 804 Foundation was able to deliver 218 stuffed Santas and copies of The Night Before Christmas to families spending their holidays in the hospital. 🧸📖

While we celebrate this milestone, we ask you to join us in a special prayer for the families currently in the NICU. While many are waking up at home, these brave parents and babies are celebrating in the hospital. May they feel surrounded by love, strength, and hope today. 🕊️

804 Foundation, we honor the incredible strength of premature and critically ill infants, their families, and the dedicated healthcare professionals who care for them.

Every day in the NICU is a testament to resilience, hope, and immense love. We stand united with these tiny fighters and their families, offering support, resources, and a community that understands their journey.

We also hold space in our hearts for the families whose babies couldn’t come home, acknowledging their profound loss and enduring love.

Hey everyone! Meet Ozzy!

Ozzy was diagnosed with leukemia in the summer of 2024. Her parents Jessica and Bryce have been so strong on their journey. Keep Mom, Dad and Ozzy in your thoughts and prayers. February is National Heart Month! ❤️

Let’s give our hearts some love! They work hard for us every single day. This month, let’s focus on taking care of them.
Here are a few simple tips for a healthy heart:

* Eat a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. 🍎🥦🥕

* Get moving! Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week. 🚶‍♀️🏃‍♂️

* Prioritize sleep. Aim for 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night. 😴

* Manage stress through relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga.🧘‍♀️

* Don’t smoke. Quitting smoking is one of the best things you can do for your heart health.🚭
