Irish Network Nashville’s monthly First Friday is almost here, and we look forward to seeing everyone at Drifters Tennessee BBQ on June 5 from 7–9 PM in Five Points in East Nashville.

Here’s a look back at a recent event we had at Harken Hall! Always a good day when we get together with our membership and INN friends.

And here’s your reminder - there won’t be a First Friday gathering in July, so this is your last chance to join us for a while. If you’ve been wanting to come out, consider this your sign! 🍻

Looking back at an incredible INN x CMHOF event at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum back in March as part of our St. Patrick’s Day Weekend festivities ☘️

We were honored to partner with the Hall of Fame & Museum team for a meaningful event celebrating the deep musical connections between Ireland and Tennessee 🎶 With generous support from the Consulate General of Ireland, Atlanta, the afternoon brought together history, heritage, and live music in the heart of Music City.

A thank you to Josh Okeefe for sharing his music, stories, and journey with our community in such an intimate and memorable setting inside the Ford Theater ❤️ It was a packed house and nearly standing room only.

We’re grateful to everyone who joined us for this special event and helped make it one to remember. Here’s to more moments that celebrate Irish culture, storytelling, and community right here in Nashville 🇮🇪🍻

Member Spotlight: Dave O’Connell & Family 💡

Dave and Caitlin O’Connell have called Nashville home since 2010 after relocating from the Boston area with their three sons, all proud Father Ryan “Irish” alumni. Dave currently serves as Vice President of the Sons of Erin Chapter of the Ancient Order of Hibernians and has become a familiar face within the Irish Network Nashville community. Professionally, he has spent his career in the medical device industry with companies including Boston Scientific, Medtronic, and Bioventus.

With deep Irish roots tracing back to Kerry, Longford, Dublin, and Wicklow, the O’Connell family story is one of heritage, history, and connection.

Keep an eye out for this month’s INN newsletter dropping soon to read more about Dave and his family’s fascinating story. We’re glad to have their family’s support and are proud to have them as members!
