While we spend a significant portion of our lives at work, many of us wrestle with questions of purpose, calling, and how our faith connects to what we do every day.

If you have experienced your work as an act of worship or service to God and others, share an example with us in the comments below!

Our culture celebrates personal success. The Gospel invites us to view our life as service to others.

We are so pleased to announce our new Executive Director: Carter Crockett, Ph.D. Carter brings a wealth of experience and a deep sense of calling to this role. You will see in him the same qualities of vision, humility, faith and dedication to mercy and justice that so impressed us throughout an extended interview process. Carter is passionate about building communities and influencing culture. Of note, he lived and worked for 7+ years in Rwanda with Karisimbi Business Partners, a strategy consulting firm he co-founded to advise business and government leaders. His career has given him the opportunity to test and integrate his faith in academia and in practice, non-profit and business, America and abroad.
