Misti pours love into everyone she meets!

And she is one of the most generous people I’ve ever met!

She leads from a place of vulnerability and compassion and always astounds me with her wisdom.

She is Spirit-led in all things even the simple decisions.

I’m like, “Girl, make a decision!”

And she’s like “I need to pray about it!”

Join and for an evening of Restorative Yoga, Energy Healing, Journaling and Intention Setting.

I will intuitively guide you though a 75 minute Restorative Yoga Session while Nikki moves between clients to help heal energy blocks.

These two practices combined are a powerful way to release what no longer serves you.

Journalling and intention setting will also be weaved into the evening.

Tea and a healthy snack will be offered afterwards for those who would like to connect and share.

When I walked into and saw and I was blown away!

I love you all so much 💕

Thank you for surprising me and helping me to kick off my birthday! I plan to celebrate until this time next year!

Tomorrow I get an eclipse and who knows what my actual birthday will bring on Tuesday!
