Jesus left the 99 for the one.
Have you been running away from God?
Have you gone so far that you’re convinced He could never find you again?
Let this truth settle in your heart:
God is searching for you.
He is not mad at you.
He is not angry with you.
He is not standing far off with folded arms.
He wants you to come home.
In the story of the lost sheep, Jesus said these powerful words:
“If a man has a hundred sheep and one of them gets lost, what will he do? Won’t he leave the ninety-nine others in the wilderness and go after the one that is lost until he finds it?”
Luke 15:4
That one sheep?
It’s you.
He left the ninety-nine for you.
He’s coming after you.
Even now, His heart is turned toward you with love, not judgment.
No matter how far you’ve wandered, no matter how ashamed you feel, the Good Shepherd is not giving up on you. He is pursuing you with relentless love.
You can stop running now.
Come home.
