Let's talk about Job Placement!

As one of EVEN's main pillars, we are dedicated to helping people become more aware of the amazing opportunities the live events industry can offer.

The best experience is hands-on.

We understand that one of the best ways to learn is through hands-on experience. As we navigate what learning and events look like in a post-COVID world, we are dedicated to finding in-person job experiences along with virtual learning possibilities.

EVEN has established relationships with employers, labor companies, and unions to create an employment path for apprentices. Our mentorship program intends to guide new workers as they enter and navigate the job market.

As one of EVEN's main pillars, we are dedicated to helping people become more aware of the amazing opportunities the live events industry can offer.

There isn’t a right way to enter the live events workforce.

The Basics Workshop is a vocational system for people who aspire to work within the live events industry in a non-traditional educational capacity. Through working with new and existing local organizations nationwide, we have gathered and created a set of standards set by established industry leaders. We aim to coordinate and offer online hands-on training sessions with a funnel into job placement.

As one of EVEN's main pillars, we are dedicated to helping people become more aware of the amazing opportunities the live events industry can offer.

Many people don’t know where to start.

Geared towards college-aged folks, EVEN will showcase the many roles and facets of the live entertainment industry to community members who are unknowing of these career paths. EVEN will offer information sessions presented by seasoned workers to bring awareness to community members who are unaware of career paths in music
and events.
